For concentrated operating areas of pure electric telescopic boom forklifts and large-tonnage lithium-ion forklifts, we provide an “Energy Supply Topology Diagram” outlining charging pile layout, grid load peak management, and mobile fast-charging backup power supplies. We analyze the temperature rise curve of the battery thermal management system under continuous high-load operation, formulate off-peak charging strategies to reduce industrial electricity costs, and ensure uninterrupted equipment operation around the clock.
